At First Engineering Services Limited we utilise the latest Computer Aided 2D and 3D Design software to enable us to find the best design solution for the needs of the individual customer. We pride ourselves on having the ability to problem-solve on both small and large scale projects working from concept, through project management to general and detailed design and thence to procurement, installation and finally commissioning.

First Engineering Services Limited can carry out site surveys which aid us in providing the most efficient solution for fitting equipment into available factory floor space.

Project management services can also be offered allowing us to provide full engineering systems. These can, for example, consist of our own conveying equipment together with procurement of other equipment to form a bespoke production line.

Our design facility enables us to provide retro-fit conveyor belt solutions. As food factory standards change older belts are often either no longer suitable or obsolete. First Engineering Services Ltd can modify and retro fit more modern and more hygienic belts by making design changes to existing equipment, ranging from conveyors to spiral freezers – thus providing a highly cost-effective solution to potential health and safety hazards.
